Lay Pastors Ministry
Lay Pastors Ministry Uganda is the ministry which trains, equip, and teach lay pastors to pastor a small group of people or family under the senior pastor. This ministry also started by Moses in Old Testament when he chosen lay pastors to pasturing with, read in “exodus:18:7” and now this ministry is covered all over the world in conjunction with “LPM KOREA INC” with a purpose of training people for Christian life and to build a strong and God fearing generation for kingdom of God. For a great work this ministry does, it has wakened up minds of many saints of God to be trained. Our mission is “To equip lay people for pastoral care”
Lay pastors does four things being combined in one word “PACE” and everyone has to be committed to it:
P: Prayer.
A: available.
C: contact.
E: example.
Through in this ministry
All Christians should be reached, cared, loved and prayed for. After equipping them lay pastors we chose five to eight families for one lay pastor and they bring reports to senior pastors which creates easy communication to all believers.
